Permitted use

Content is provided for information about organisational consulting services. You may quote short excerpts with attribution when describing our services to your colleagues. Redistribution of entire pages, images, or decks requires written permission.

Services outside this website

Contracts for workshops, onsite facilitation, or bespoke deliverables are confirmed through separate statements of work. Those documents control timelines, fees, confidentiality, and termination.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and downloadable templates remain with the studio or its licensors. Purchased templates include a non-exclusive licence for internal business use within the organisation named on the invoice.

Documentation on this site is general in nature. It does not replace advice from licensed professionals in regulated fields when your situation requires domain-specific expertise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by German law, liability for slightly negligent breaches of non-material duties is limited to typical, foreseeable loss. Liability for injury to life, body, or health, or under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
